@Kriyadev Recently learned Kriya Breathing techniques. It’s amazing and feels like psychedelic

@Kriyadev To clarify - You don’t believe in theory of evolution? Or just using that as an example how they indoctrinate us? Just curious

Wow! Almost died by water TWICE!
1) During 90’s El Niño, at the beach the huge waves took me and currents pulling me away towards the ocean a lifeguard rescued me and gave me CPR.
2) In a harbor, I dove off into the water and hit the bottom HARD head first. I was paralyzed down on the floor for what seemed forever until I felt I floated up.

I really need you to try and wrap your mind around this for a second. They just found a state of existence inside your cells that is part light and part matter, and it dies when you die.

That means your mitochondria, the engine room of nearly every cell in your body, is light. Mystics and esoteric scholars have been saying this for ages, and science is finally catching up to it. This is further proof that manifestation is written into the fabric of our very beings.

The idea here is that if your cells run on light, your thoughts have a direct line to shaping matter. The spiritual framing says that consciousness generates vibration, and vibration is light. Within the findings of this study, that means your consciousness is responsible for breathing light into the mitochondria in your cells. It describes the engine inside your cells as a blend of light and matter, the "mito-polariton." This quantum superposition is precisely how you can shift realities at any given point, because your entire body is superpositioned, not just your cells. You simply relocate, through conscious thought, to a reality that exists simultaneously with the one you are currently inhabiting. It's the same mechanism, used for a different purpose.

Mitochondria are how your body makes fuel inside your cells (ATP). ATP fuels everything a cell does: repair, signaling, division. If your mitochondrion is part light, that means light is an active participant in how your body fuels itself and keeps the spark of life going. And whatever generates that light can directly affect your cells. Remember when I said that what generates light is vibration, and vibration is generated by your consciousness? It's all interconnected. There is no separating you from the mechanism.

If your cells produce energy via light and your thoughts generate said light, your thoughts can directly affect your body through that same mechanism built in your cells too. I remember an example given in 'The Law of One' of how the emotion of anger can cause cells to go out of control and eventually lead to cancer in the body. The fascinating part? Cancer cells are known for altering how their mitochondria produce energy. Can’t make this shit up lol. If healthy mitochondrion stores a 'pure' light signal, your thought patterns that chronically disrupt this signal can push your cells entirely off course. A steady, coherent state of mind supports the signal instead, which in turn supports your physical health. Once again, it's all beautifully interconnected for those with the eyes to see it!

You are seeking and looking for attention and validation to bring this up on a public forum. If you are fine with your no keep it at that and move on but you wanna make a public dissertation about it. Slice it anyway you want, this is just being self-absorbed. Top it all off you just gonna bypass your husband expressing something deep and you making it all about your “no.” He’s out there needing affection and you on this public forum seeking attention and replying to every comment from strangers. Girl NO.

Cinnamon Prosperity Ritual
A classic. Can time with astrology, beginning of month, or when going after something like an interested date, job interview, or big purchase.

Pour a good amount of cinnamon into your left hand. Stand outside the main entrance of your home or business. Think of your desired intention, hold that passion like you really mean it, and FEEL what it would look like if you had it. Can say it outloud and affirm it if wish. Then blow it into your entryway. Leave for 3 days before clean.

It’s the first of the month! 10-01-2026 which reduces to 1-1-1 (2+0+2+6 = 10 = 1 + 0) an excellent omen for fresh starts and new beginnings. Combined with the new fiery energy of Mars transit into sign of Leo excellent time to start or gain momentum on projects. Call in something good for the month of October. You are going to want to do a cinnamon ritual on this one. Post to follow.

It’s okay to grieve past versions of yourself or opportunities you may have lost. Let it flow to let it go. What IS important is that you give it to yourself right now! You can have it right here, right now! Affirm Yourself.

Start with deep breathing to get you below the neck, tap into your body, feel for any discomfort and let it speak to you. Feel it, give it a voice, witness it and then gratefully release it. Anything you were deprived of, you can give it to yourself or your inner child right now. Affirm yourself!

Full Moon in Aries ♈️ 9/26/2026 peak at 9:48AM PST

Ooof this moon is hitting! I personally am of the opinion that full moons (and astrology transits) are energy portals. This is one you are going to want to jump through if you want changes in your identity, career, willpower, self-discipline empowerment, and how you want to be recognized. With Chiron in Aries and Lilith in Saturn all in the mix and Saturn Retrograde in Aries ♈️, and Aries Full Moon happening on Saturday (corresponding to Saturn) this energy is NOT here to play. Light yourself up . . . Or burn out. 🔥

Happy Fall Equinox 🍂
When I started to unplug and heal my nervous system from this modern hustle (burnout) capitalistic, competitive, constantly computing & connected culture one thing that was very healing for me was that I started to pay attention to the changing cycles of nature. I paid attention to my own body’s rhythms in response to nature, and thought how crazy and disconnected we are as a society where we no longer slow down in the dead of winter to honor the season of rest. I invite everyone to pay attention to the natural cycles of the earth - the moon, the seasons, the plant growth, the animals, the sun, the weather - as it will help anchor and ground you. As we understand nature, we understand ourselves and learn to trust the natural process of life and honor our own cycles and seasons.
