@AirPassRightsCA if a flight is cancelled due to wildfires, does the airline have to refund? Right now westjet is refusing to do anything other than rebook with no fees for a flight to Yellowknife that is cancelled that was supposed to depart August 31st. Not even a credit.

Of having this magazine sent out for a 4th time, I am just trying to get a refund and am being ingnored. Wb shop does not have their own twitter either so its super hard to reach them. No phone number either. Or email or chat which no one answers!
