@Apathy_Overdose @mrs_alyse the license itself is to watch live TV, not to own a TV. and it's purely to fund the BBC which doesn't run commercial ads. I can own a TV without a license, as long as I don't use it to watch live TV, which is fine with me, as I only use it for gaming and streaming services
