Very kind feedback from one of my lovely parathyroid patients. Negative imaging. Multi gland disease found on 4 gland exploration including a 2cm retropharyngeal parathyroid! Pre op calcium 2.61 with a PTH of 10. Post op 2.45 and 2.5 respectively
