R v E - S18 GBH with intent, robbery, and possession of a bladed article. Victim was stabbed multiple times after the assailant stole his card and bike.

Our client was caught on CCTV using the stolen Monzo card minutes after the robbery.

This case was part of the first in the UK involving Encrochat evidence, Our client was the only defendant to be acquitted after trial.
