In parallel, we're actively strengthening our market presence by expanding our team, conducting interviews for key positions in marketing strategy, content creation, and business development leadership roles.

Infrastructure and DevOps (Led by Alexey)

We're implementing a comprehensive system monitoring solution that will significantly enhance our operational visibility. Think of this as a sophisticated health monitoring system for our entire infrastructure:

Monitoring Infrastructure: Implementation of Prometheus and Grafana, creating a robust system that:

-Actively monitors system performance (like a security camera for our infrastructure)
-Collects vital metrics through various exporters (CPU, memory, network usage)
-Provides real-time visualization through an intuitive dashboard

Looking Forward:

This week marks significant progress in both our technical infrastructure and strategic positioning. The upcoming QMDB work update and continuing team expansion efforts signal strong momentum in our development journey. We remain committed to transparency and technical excellence as we move forward with these initiatives.
