@BlackKnight10k That’s what happened in the Holocaust. Most people, if given the choice between conforming or punishment/death, will conform. We are programmed to survive. It’s rare that a person’s altruism would be a greater instinct. But that’s why Jews have a greater calling to stand up.

@iamalmostlegend I see what you’re saying for sure. I was kind of a misfit who accepted everyone for who they were because of that, but I see many white peers who never had close black friends. I also think privilege and social access to activities had to do with it.
