Life’s not about how hard of a hit you can give, it’s about how many you can take.

About 6-7 months ago I was in one of the darkest parts of my life and I kept trying to push myself to get on and grind but my mental capacity just wasn’t there.

It started with my dog passing away which wasn’t much but the dog belonged to my late brother so it hurt a lot losing another piece of him.

A month after that happened I was experiencing pain in my kidneys but didn’t think anything of it, a couple days pass and I’m on the floor yelling for help. The rushed me to the hospital and found out that I had a massive kidney stone that was clogging up my kidney. This then lead me to getting kidney failure and then also a few infections and so on.

I spent 2 months and 4 surgeries during the summer just sitting in a hospital bed waiting for them to tell me I was okay to go home but little did I know I wasn’t done.

After being hooked on Fentanyl and Morphine for 2 months straight because that’s the pain killers they use. My body started to depend on it but I knew I couldn’t go down that route and ruin my life.

So I spent the next 2-3 months after that in the gym and trying to get myself healthy again.

Went from 170lbs to 230lbs (btw I’m 6’3) so I’m not fat lmao

But this is where getting knocked down doesn’t matter, it only matters about how you get up from it.

After I felt good, I decided to get back into trading and investing. Little did I know someone I trusted would scam me out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

So I was back to square one. Being upset.

After months and months of finally building up the courage to trade again, I made $100,000 off of a $3,000 investment and it gave me the push I needed

Moral of the story, don’t force yourself to do something if you’re not mentally there.

Focus on yourself and your health, without it, you wouldn’t be here 🖤
