Explain why I consistently got 50mbps for he first 6 weeks...It then went down to 1mbps in the 7th week and never came back up...How did I get 50mbps the first time if the network was bad in my area? Going by your logic
@devbidden@the_beardedsina Baba...you are a bloody liar...The highest speed you can get on the ODU router is 100mbps for 45k....That's obviously the normal Airtel 5G network and not the ODU...stop misleading people
@RaenestApp where is my payment? Sent on Friday, usually hits my account Tuesday morning like clockwork. Employer confirmed it’s gone through on their end. I've sent app messages & DMs but got zero response. This radio silence is incredibly disappointing. Please check your DMs.

A transaction was made on the 20th and it dropped last night....I contacted your support, and the chatbot confirmed that the money was deposited yesterday with time stamp...Why then is my account balance still reading zero??

Airtel is a useless and horrible network....I have been complaining for over 2 months and nothing has been done...I get the same generic response everytime...I have not complained for once since I got this Fibre X
@balikis_oyeleye @softoddity You are very correct, 90% of the complaints about mtn is customer service, not the network performance....Airtel on the other hand, you will cry blood.....for the past 2 months, I have never gotten anything higher than 1mbps on the airtel...sometimes 0.6kbps..
@CallMeKayodeOla Switch to the fibre X if it's available in your area.....Since I switched, I have never regretted it....I still have subscription on the ODU running...but I don't mind...I'll throw it out soon...Useless waste of space and money

I complained about your useless Odu network severally last month...
So I left it for a whole month, subscribed today for the 50mbps plan, tell me why I can't load a simple web page with it?

I have been unable to subscribe for the odu plan since Thursday.
Your helpdesk said to recharge on the ODU line and then call back for activation other your end.
I have done that since yesterday, and still no activation...what in the name of incompetence is this?
