@virginmedia @gaming_septimus Yes, it says "Looks like there's an issue affecting the broadband service in your home" but it's the whole area (colleagues nearby in GL3 with same issue). I have tried the standard resets but this is a Virgin issue. Google services (as an example) will only work if I use a VPN.

@virginmedia @gaming_septimus Same as everyone else, there seems to be a config/DNS issue on the virgin side for Gloucester which needs resolving. Using a VPN seems to bypass the issue but I can't use a VPN for every connected device so Gloucester would welcome Virgin fixing their service.

@virginmedia @gaming_septimus Same for multiple users across GL3 and GL4. DNS issues. Seems to have a particular issue with Google. Intermittent Wi-fi etc.
