Technical $CNX Crynux node & staking post!
With $CNX Crynux now on Robinhood and gaining traction, it's a great time to set up a node if you have a decent GPU & hardware or stake your balances to a node to support the network while earning weekly rewards — with no lockup on your initial staked balance. Setting up a node is simple on Windows, or staking your $CNX balance via Base or Robinhood is easy enough with the guide from @MiningRabid. If anyone needs any assistance setting up a node or staking please give me a DM or reach out to me as moderator on the official $CNX Telegram or Discord :) — Happy to help.
Here's a repost of @MiningRabid's node setup & staking guide:

As an example, on my own 5090 Windows node I've been receiving 20–30K $CNX in weekly rewards every Wednesday for completed tasks, with my 1M $CNX staked to the node.
Additionally, I provide a competitive 60% delegator reward/payout to anyone who stakes to my node, with emissions expected to be an estimated 26.1K+ $CNX every Wednesday to current delegators per the image below. Hop on & delegate if you like, or join another node if you don't have the hardware to run your own!:

Crynux $CNX is heading in the right direction. As the project progresses and handles more real-world AI workloads, we could see even more task activity and rewards across its decentralized compute network. 🦾🦾🚀🚀

There’s always been a tradeoff with privacy onchain.
Public chains are fast and easy to verify, but your financial activity is visible.
You can see wallets, balances and transactions moving around, which isn’t ideal if you want to use a blockchain for more private financial activity.
Then you have private systems that protect that information, but they can come with their own limitations around speed and how easily they interact with the rest of the ecosystem.
That’s why @SeismicSys’ approach hits different.
The idea is to have privacy built into the chain itself instead of treating it as an afterthought.
With shielded state, balances and transaction data can remain private while the network still handles execution quickly.
And its execution can happen in around 400ms, while keeping the state fully shielded.
On public chains, you either get the transparency and speed of a public chain, or you get more privacy but give up some performance and composability.
But Seismic is basically showing that you don’t necessarily have to choose between the two.
If blockchain is going to be used for more than just transparent crypto transactions, privacy and speed both have to matter.

I finally tried out @FUDmarkets with some real money to see how it actually works.
Getting started was easy.
I logged in with Google and it created a wallet for me automatically.
I sent about 1.7 USDC to the wallet, but the deposit took a while to show up.
I took a long position on the $ANSEM pump market and was able to cancel it, which was one of the interesting parts for me.
And yeah, the money reflected back in my balance.
I also tried creating my own market by shorting BTC for 1 hour.
My main feedback right now is the deposit experience.
Getting funds onchain and into the trading balance should feel easier.
If that gets improved, the overall experience would be a lot better.
Apart from that, the trading experience was pretty good and yeah, I’d definitely use FUD Markets again and again @GenLayer

The missing pieces: an open market to license their brains, real dollars to pay them, and proof the job was done.
