As a Canadian woman I do not feel safe in my own country. Canada is being taken over by foreign invaders. They are raping and murdering citizens.

I do not feel safe walking in the park or down the street in broad daylight and wouldn't dare walk alone at night in any city.

I have started carrying bear spray and a personal alarm. I spend 2 hours a day working out so that I can defend myself because we can no longer depend on authorities to help us.

This is what life looks like for women in Canada in 2026.
