#US soccer is shit because #MLS is shit league.
This is how you fix it.
1: Relegation and Promotion systems.
2: there should be 3 major leagues, MLS, MLSC(MLS championship league) and USL and each conference should have 3 lesser leagues that will lead to promotion to the top three. And you have starter leagues for lower teams for a chance into promotion to conference leagues . So before team gets to MLS from the bottom, they might have 7-9 leagues to go through. This will create soccer environment and bigger economic for soccer. If there’s a team with the money, stadium and the players then they can start from #USL.
3: talents will be the product as there are many leagues and academies will get paid by the success of their athletes because there’s more opportunity.
#US will be soccer destination for talents around the world.

Don’t throw families out that’s inhumane action.
Care for the people.
Minister of Public Works Ayub Ismail announced a national plan to rehouse internally displaced people and homeless families who have been using public buildings as shelters for the last 35 years.
The minister said that the Phase I project will start in the capital, and other cities of the country will follow.
In this phase, over 10,000 housing units will be constructed.

Flooding in Mogadishu Exposes Massive Corruption in Donor-Funded Road Projects Under Outgoing Administration
Mogadishu - Recent flooding in Mogadishu has exposed a shocking collapse of critical road infrastructure funded by international partners, raising grave concerns over corruption, mismanagement, and the systematic abuse of public and donor resources under the administration of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, whose term is set to end in 12 days.
Video evidence circulating from multiple districts in the capital clearly shows newly constructed roads disintegrating after minimal rainfall - washing away within hours and leaving behind impassable mud and destruction. These roads, financed with substantial international assistance, were intended to improve mobility, economic activity, and resilience for the Somali people.
Instead, they have become undeniable symbols of corruption.
The Banadir Regional Administration, under the direct authority of the Governor, oversaw the implementation of these projects. The outcome reflects not only gross negligence but also credible indications of large-scale embezzlement and fraud in the execution of infrastructure contracts.
Key Concerns:
•Substandard Construction: Roads failing under routine seasonal rains indicate deliberate use of inferior materials and lack of engineering standards.
•Misappropriation of Funds: Donor-funded projects appear to have been diverted for personal enrichment rather than public benefit.
•Lack of Oversight and Accountability: No transparent auditing or enforcement mechanisms were applied despite the scale of funding involved.
This is not an isolated infrastructure failure. It is a systemic governance breakdown.
At a time when Somali citizens face flooding, displacement, and worsening living conditions, those entrusted with public resources have failed in their duty and violated the trust of both the Somali people and international partners.
As a Member of the House of the People of the Federal Republic of Somalia, I call for:
1An independent and internationally supervised forensic audit of all road construction contracts in Mogadishu funded over the past four years.
2Immediate suspension and investigation of all officials within the Banadir Regional Administration responsible for procurement, contracting, and project supervision.
3Full disclosure to international donors, including detailed accounting of all funds disbursed and utilized.
4Legal action and asset recovery proceedings against individuals found responsible for corruption, fraud, and abuse of office.
With the current administration nearing the end of its term, there must be no attempt to evade responsibility. The destruction of these roads is not merely an engineering failure - it is evidence of corruption that has directly harmed the Somali people.
Somalia cannot continue to rebuild its future on foundations of fraud.
The time for accountability is now.

If these people live in government property, there should be some compensation or build gov’t owned housing for them.
You can’t have them in the streets when all they knew last 30+ years is that property.

The most corrupt president, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has turned a national strategic asset into a private family business. Credible reports from traders and cargo operators indicate that his son, Cabdirisaaq, has established warehouse facilities inside Mogadishu’s Aden Adde International Airport and is coercing businesses to pay excessive fees for goods entering the country.
This conduct represents blatant nepotism and abuse of public office, in violation of the Provisional Constitution of Somalia - particularly Article 8 (equality before the law) and Article 96 (abuse of office) - as well as public finance and anti-corruption principles governing the use of state assets. It also raises serious concerns under Somalia’s procurement and public property laws, which prohibit the unlawful privatization and personal exploitation of government infrastructure.
Somalia’s airport is not a private enterprise for the President’s family. This is a direct assault on the rule of law, fair competition, and the economic rights of Somali businesses. Immediate investigation and accountability are required.

lol,
Muqdisho doesn’t belong to Hassan. lol.
Everyone knows who are the majority in the city. Some of those oppositions have the highest support in Muqdisho.
You don’t understand #Somalia’s political dynamics.
He’s only in power because Somalis respect the seat. Come may 17 nope.
Ex-President @HESharifShAhmed says the opposition will not recognize the results of elections in the Southwest state and other Federal States, arguing the processes lack legitimacy.
The former leader who leads an opposition alliance said the elections were not based on a broad political agreement and therefore cannot be considered credible. He accused FGS of failing to ensure that the votes were free, fair, and transparent. #Somalia
BREAKING: Speaking at a dinner event at Villa Somalia, Garaad Jama Garaad Ali warned President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud against “pursuing a term extension” saying Somalia had already witnessed bloodshed under Farmaajo during disputes over elections and term limits.
@Baxdo_Online A lot of people contributed but no one was like Sayid because the British called him mad mullah.
Do you know how much colonizers despise you for them to single you out and label you the “Crazy Mullah”. lol.
Not everyone gets nickname.
