Thatโs the goal ๐ฏ๐๐ป
I want my Words and Acts to have power.
So no one can mess with me and my people!
I want to live a life where I make my own decisions and I donโt have to pay for my principles.

They couldn't sell more cigarettes to men. So they invented a new kind of woman.
In 1929, the American Tobacco Company had a problem.
Every man who would smoke, was already smoking.
So they hired Edward Bernays โ Freud's nephew, the father of modern PR โ to do one thing: make women light up in public.
He rebranded cigarettes asย "Torches of Freedom"ย โ symbols of women's independence and equality.
Then on Easter Sunday 1929, he paid young women to march down Fifth Avenue in NYC and light up cigarettes in front of hired press photographers.
The story went national. It looked like organic protest.
The result?ย Women's share of cigarette purchases went from 5% in 1923 โ 18% by 1935.
Who got rich? Tobacco executives. Who got lung cancer? The "liberated" women.
"They didn't sell cigarettes. They sold freedom โ then handed you an addiction."
The goal was never to give women something. It was to sell something to them.
Bernays proved that you can sell almost anything if you wrap it in identity, belonging, and aspiration. This playbook didn't disappear. It became the template.
Every time a corporation co-opts a social movement to sell a product, this is the ancestor. Every "empowerment" campaign for fast food, alcohol, or fast fashion traces its DNA back to Easter Sunday, 1929, Fifth Avenue.
@yashraj7655@VairagiX Not denying that only a few talk & acknowledge about menโs struggles. But should this be the reason to bash a man for talking about women struggles? I donโt think so๐
Rather than fighting over who struggles more, we should uplift each other as no gender can live without other๐ฌ
Like every Sunday morning, Mum asked me what I'd like for breakfast.
Me: Aloo ke parathe and mango shake
Now she's cooking gobi ke parathe and making a banana shake.
Why do Indian moms ask for our opinion when the menu was already decided?๐ญ
Happy Sunday ๐ซค
