After seeing the country queue up for up to 16 hours to see a coffin ⚰️, I never want to hear any complaints from anyone about having to wait 15 minutes for a prescription, which could put you in the same box if dispensed/checked inappropriately.
Couldn't agree more 💔 Top tip, avoid the typical anecdotes like "at least you can get pregnant", "it's just like a heavy period". They are really useless and often offend. A simple "I'm sorry this happened to you, I'm here" goes a long way ❤️

Whenever our junior pharmacists call me as their second on call, I always reassure them when they start apologising for disturbing me, that it's what I'm paid to do. I would much rather be contacted sooner than deal with the consequences of not being called 💙
Our Hospital Hubs have given over 20,000 vaccine doses in the last 6 weeks. We’ve not wasted a single dose due to expiry or cold chain failure 🎉 Super proud of both my awesome pharmacy team and the whole vaccine hub team @Leic_hospital An amazing achievement and a great team 😁
