@BarrySmithBWS@DigPerspectives@Egrag The XRP percentage distribution is clear; 100 billion XRP seems like too much to me. Institutions will sell what they hold when they want to make a profit.
@bgarlinghouse I have a question for you, the XRP community. The question that keeps running through my head is: will Ripple go public? Because you're indirectly telling people to buy XRP, that it will make them rich, but the real richer will come from Ripple itself.
@egragcrypto This is ridiculous; there are 100 billion of them. Even mathematically, it's difficult for it to be worth even 10 dollars, let alone 100 dollars.
@LeviRietveld In some recent research I've done, Ripple is a store of value, but XRP is a worthless asset. Personally, I reduced my investment from 40% to 10%; it will never even reach $10.
β‘οΈWALL STREET SUCCESSFULLY TESTS 5-SECOND XRP SETTLEMENT
JPMorgan, Mastercard, Ondo Finance and Ripple completed a cross-border tokenized Treasury redemption on the XRP Ledger.
Settlement took roughly 5 seconds, versus 3 to 5 business days on traditional banking rails.
@MorrisTheo4558 @RippleXity I agree with your statements. The only problem is that with 100 billion XRP currently available, mathematically, a huge supply shock would be needed for XRP to reach $100. And to reach $100, you'd need 10 trillion dollars. Do you think that's possible?
