@StretfordDreams@CHRISOG407@Hallybhoy11 Wasn't suggesting it for this world cup, just answering those who say they usually have to watch early morning games
@CHRISOG407@Hallybhoy11 6 or 7am games are great. Get them on then crack on with the rest of the day. Midnight or 2am games are a very different animal for me
@JamiePinner True. But I'd still rather have someone who knows the PL first-hand. But MA got it right last time and will have had a succession plan in place since day 2 so let's see.
@whereshack@MrSimonYoung@IpswichTown Because I prefer to reduce my monthly outgoings by paying upfront. I'm not saying everyone should do that, just that's my preference. I know several others who do the same. Renewal is trivial - a few clicks after loads of reminders.
@alexcmfc I never want whoever finished 6th to get promoted. Seems a mockery for a season long campaign. But given it's a choice between 5th and 6th there's not much in it.
@fullerflavour@TomF1978 Likely to be tricky to move a group of 12, but there are a lot of match day seats around the ground so if you can be flexible how you are seated you might still be able to get moved together. We ended up doing 2 in front of 2 because they couldn't give us 4 in a row and it's fine
@fullerflavour Agreed. I hope they learned from last time around and make it a bit easier. We moved 3 times till we got settled and I like our seats but I miss some of the folk I'd sat near for literal decades.
