We do not celebrate Easter. Easter is a pagan holiday that King Herod and the Romans had observed. The KJV correctly says Easter in Acts 12:4 (KJV) And when he (King Herod) had apprehended him (Peter), he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.
The modern bibles erroneously say passover, replacing Easter. 1 King Herod and the Romans did not celebrate the Jewish Passover 2 The Passover had already come and gone since the days of unleavened bread followed after the Passover. Acts 12:3 And because he (Herod) saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) We celebrate Firstfruits not Easter

Jesus died and was buried on Wednesday night before the annual Sabbath which had fallen on Thursday of that year.
Mark 15:42-43 And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath,

John 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

Jezus said He would spend three days and three nights, 72 hours, in the grave.
Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Jesus rose again on Saturday night at the end of the weekly Sabbath, 3 days and three nights in the grave. The myth He had died on Friday night and rose again on Sunday morning conflicts with Matthew 12:40 the length of time. The stone had already been rolled away before sunrise Sunday morning.

ESV
For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.

The ESV changes pursuade men to seeking the approval of man. They both say and nean different things. Which one is right? They both cannot be.

God is not the author of confusion.
