Wonder if @GarethSouthgate is as annoyed as we are on this @British_Airways flight after an awful check-in experience at @LBIAirport All systems failed, sat on tarmac for 1hr, BA staff counting bags of travellers as there has been a mix up! & still haven’t had my morning cuppa!
