Summer is going to be brutal if they don't allow AC units this year. The heat is off, and it's 25 degrees in my apartment, with the window open.

@Buglardons So the solution for me ended up being the dumbest thing ever.. the cord where it plugs in to the stream deck itself was a little loose. Pushing it back in solved the issue, but it seems every few months I have to do it again.
I hope yours is just as easy of a fix! 💜

I've got 99 problems and yes, a computer problem is one.

My Elgato steam deck keeps randomly disconnecting every few minutes, triggering the USB disconnect sound in windows. It is ONLY the stream deck that does this.

In other news: Didn't get to stay on at my seasonal job. Haven't done much writting lately either. Going to try to at least get back to that this month!

2025 sucks.
Cat isn't well, can't take him back to the vet. Can't even get groceries. Things are just sucky right now.

Survived my first few days of employment, spent my day off stressing about work tomorrow 🤦‍♀️😂

Things were starting to somewhat look up for me. Got a part time seasonal job that I start tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I've had extreme back pain the last few days, so tomorrow may really suck.
And now... a giant roach ran under my clothes dresser.
Some days feel hopeless.

Update: we saw a weird thing in the sky, not an airplane, but don't know what else it could have been. Then a pack of coyotes started going crazy, howling and barking, and we noped the fuck on outta there. 😂

Just had a lovely visit from some great friends! I'm so happy, despite my quiet awkwardness, it completely made my day. 💜🥰
