Did you know that when we get saved, this also means we are healed? The word saved in the Greek means to save, deliver or protect, heal, preserve, do well, be (make) whole.

Did you know that the first place recorded in the Bible that showed negative emotions was when Adam and Eve dinned against God. Before they sinned, they were naked and not ashamed (Genesis 2:25), then after they sinned, they were naked and afraid (Genesis 3:10).

Going to God for help with a need in desperation can sometimes mean we have dwelt on the need long enough that the need has become an emotional truth in our heart. This means we have more faith in the need not being met than having faith in God to meet the need. Think about it...
In life, we are influenced by our environment, the devil or the Holy Spirit which comes out through our actions. These actions will benefit God or the devil and there is no in between. Uncontrolled emotions will control your life. Give them to Jesus.
Jesus became the propitiation for the sin of the whole world 1John 45:10 on the cross once and for all 1Peter 3:18. Jesus even the grief and sorrow which are chaotic negative emotions, so you don't have to. Trade your negative emotions to Jesus for peace. He loves you.

Distraction can come in many forms. Unfortunately anything that takes our eyes away from God will create emotional negativity because even with our eyes off of God it will feel like a disconnection. Think about Ada and Eve and what happened to them. Read Genesis Chapter 3...
Did you know that whenever our eyes ore not on God emotional negativity (emotional chaos) will be present? This is why we are supposed to cast our cares on God because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Also, we being justified by faith we have peace with God (Romans 5:1).
Every negative emotion that controls you has been programmed in your brain to be there through practice, change what you practice, and you will change the emotional response. Jesus bore your grief and sorrow. Cast your cares on Him and receive His peace. This must be practiced.
