@DeTheGio Yup. I’ve read the Appeal and Habeas. If this case didn’t expose errors in his trial they would have denied it a LONG TIME ago

Tory Lanez Appeal reaches the final stage as Oral Arguments set for August 18th…

Less than 1% of California Appellate Cases make it this far 👀

[Commissioner Jack Brewer @JackBrewerBSI]

As an advocate for 2nd Chance Fathers, I can’t stay silent about Tory Lanez. This is another broken case that points to someone else, another father is lost to a system that rewards headlines over truth. Fatherlessness is destroying our nation. If Tory was an illegal alien there would be protests in the streets. It’s not right.

Governor Gavin Newsom, you have the power to right this wrong. This is bigger than one man,  it’s about every child growing up without their dad, every family torn apart by injustice. I’m asking you to lead with courage, compassion, and fairness. Bring a father home.

🧵 Tory Lanez was convicted on a flawed, incomplete story full of contradictions, missing evidence, and straight-up lies.

Police reports, Megan’s own words, and expert analysis show: Tory didn’t fire the gun— if anything he tried to stop the conflict.

The never before seen evidence outlined in this THREAD proves that Tory Lanez deserves a pardon from @CAgovernor.

READ THE THREAD ⬇️ and visit https://t.co/W32ZjtAkTK for an even more comprehensive breakdown of the TRUTH.

Just finished reading the whole website and what I got from it is 2 things are true. A gun was fired and Megan was cut by glass. Confirmed by doctors and police. The doctors said they didn’t see bullet fragments on the x ray.

Chileeeee 😳 then what was that at trial ? This is a mess.

The truth is the truth and if you stand by your truth then you have no worries about anybody who is going to question that truth.. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Thank you @dianalondon_usa for speaking out and refusing to back down!!!! #FREETORY #FREETHETRUTH

[Rep. Anna Paulina Luna @RepLuna]

I am calling on Gov. Newsom @CAgovernor to review Tory Lanez’s case and issue a pardon.

His 10-year sentence was based on flawed evidence, political pressure, and prosecutorial bias. Justice must be blind— not driven by headlines.

Free Tory Lanez.

We have now entered a culture of the ‘race to the bottom’ mentality. Our humanity will become more and more valuable as we are forced to decide where to allocate our trust in an age of increasing mistrust, political corruption and progressive social media disintegration🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
