Recent incidents remind us that aviation safety can never stop evolving.
Could airlines consider an additional emergency safeguard for cockpit access..perhaps a securely sealed emergency code entrusted to a designated crew member, accessible only in a genuine emergency and under strict safeguards?
If, in an extreme situation, the pilots inside are unable to open the cockpit door, this could provide a controlled way for someone outside to assist.
One more layer of protection could potentially save lives. Worth discussing. ✈️

Every year, lakhs of students leave their homes to chase a dream in another city. But are we giving them a safe place to live?
In Delhi, around 7 lakh students are enrolled, while hostel capacity is barely 30,000 — just 1 in 31 gets a hostel.
Why not identify vacant government land around universities and allow/build safe, affordable student hostels there? Universities could also be given additional building permissions to create more on-campus accommodation.
Students get safety. Parents get peace of mind. Universities and governments generate revenue. And, most importantly, we protect lives.

Sometimes, a small change in policy can protect someone’s biggest dream. ❤️

Another tragic road accident has taken innocent lives after a car crashed into a parked truck.
When trucks are stopped for licence, papers and fitness checks, their RUPD (a strong safety guard at the back of the truck that prevents cars from going underneath it) should also be mandatory and checked to ensure it is functional. Proper reflective markings should also be compulsory.
A crash may not always be avoidable, but a life can be saved. 🙏
