@PhilipPentland and I are taking part in Sands Walk 90k in September in memory of our beautiful granddaughter Noa. We want to change the story for other families so no one needs to face this in the future.

@BBCNewsNI This is a huge positive step forward for bereaved parents who live with the heartbreaking loss of their child born before 24 weeks. Our precious granddaughter Noa died two years ago and we miss her every day #silentgrief#babylosscertificate
@British_Airways I would appreciate if you could contact the baggage team now rather than wait for over a week. Difficult to see how 7 days could be seen to be reasonable when flights from Heathrow to Belfast happen on average 6 times each day.
Over 30 hours since we arrived home via @HeathrowAirport and still no luggage. @British_Airways keep directing us to baggage tracker. Disappointed to learn that system is down and so live tracker won’t keep us updated! What now?
@British_Airways Sadly, that admission is even more concerning. I would have hoped that, at the very least, the location of the bags would be easily ascertained. We left them at the bag drop at terminal 5 at circa 9.15am. Baggage handlers moved them to trolleys. Where to?
Lack of communication at @BELFASTCITY_AIR together with no information from @British_Airways have made this most frustrating. Not a positive refection on service from BA Sadly not surprising after chaos at bag drop at @HeathrowAirport Terminal 5 today.
@SwissportBags@British_Airways - pretty poor service from both companies today.
Baggage delayed in London Heathrow and we can’t get anyone to tell us where it is and when we will get it. 🤷♂️ 😟
