Plans afoot to convert empty offices at 4-6 Silver St. in Hull’s Old Town into a mixed use development - local fresh produce store, coffee shop, micro-brewery & craft beer bar, street food stalls & wood-fired pizza. The police are opposing part of the app - 24h takeout alcohol.
