@RoyalMailHelp Hello I’ve been DMing you with details of my highly valuable and seemingly lost tracked and signed package but I’ve still had no response via DM despite giving you all of the tracking information. Are you looking into this?
@RoyalMailHelp I have an international signed and tracked large letter (destination: Ireland) that’s been sat in the same state of “leaving the UK” for 9 days now with no update. It contains very important, personal, original documents so I’m quite concerned - is it lost?
@Stansted_Exp I am aware trains aren’t running to Stansted tomorrow so I’m getting a cab to Waltham Cross to get the rail replacement bus. How do I buy a ticket or is the rail replacement free?
@_LimeAID I would rather track the ticket through the app where I already reported it. Is there a way to do that? Surely that report already went to local operations?
@_LimeAID bike parked upside down outside of my house today. I reported through the app but there seems no way in the app to track my query. How do I know if you have seen or are actioning it?
@ContactHaringey I have still received no response to my Stage 1 complaint. Multiple deadlines have been missed (last missed 16th October) and Haringey refuse to escalate to Stage 2. I can only assume at this point this is to block a housing ombudsman escalation. @HousingOmbuds
@ContactHaringey I have a stage 1 complaint. Told I would receive a response October 16th. None received. When I’ve asked to escalate to Stage 2 you say you can’t because you haven’t replied to stage 1. Yet you miss every stage 1 deadline. When will I get my stage 1 response?
@ContactHaringey Haringey repairs have left me now 15 days without access to my living room and no update on potential timeline for when this will be fixed. Completely unacceptable and negligent. Please can you help me get timescales for the work completion?
@ContactHaringey I have emailed the feedback and complaints team directly multiple times. And they have still not given me my stage 1 response or a timeline for when I’m likely to get it
@haringeycouncil have ripped up my floor and left me 16 days without a living room, just weeks from Christmas. And absolutely no timeline for when they intend to fix it. I do not understand how this negligence is legal. Shameful.
@ContactHaringey I will. But if you intend to simply contact the repairs service, that won’t get you anywhere. These works are tied up with approval from “senior management” I’m told from everyone in the repairs team. No one seems to be taking responsibility for approving the work.
We are weeks from the Christmas period and i still stand with no news from Haringey on what they plan to do about the structural integrity of the building they are responsible for, blocking my ability to use my room. Can I please get your help in getting an update on this work?
@CatherineWest1 After a year of inaction from Haringey, the repairs team finally investigated the unsafe, rotting floor. But since, have left me 15 days without a living room (the largest, main room in my flat) and absolutely no news as to when they plan to repair. I need help.
The Housing Ombudsman’s 2023 report “found a culture of apathy underpinned the issues in the London Borough of
Haringey. There is a distinct lack of ownership, accountability, and intrinsic motivation
when handling complaints.” - I experience this with all dealings with Haringey
