Y1 took part in a Magic Lantern art workshop as part of our Winter topic. They explored winter themed art works and created their own winter scenes using white paint and oil pastels.
Class B had a beautiful Prayer and Liturgy today. Inspired by the Bible story of Jesus and the children, they created pictures and prayers at home with their families. We shared prayers and closed with the hymn, Ave Maria.
Our headboy/girl and deputy headboy/girl attended a meeting at St Thomas More Comprehensive today. The meeting incorporated school council, chaplaincy, well being and equality and equity. They shared their experience at their own meeting.
We kicked off the New Year with careers inspiration! Careers expert Laurisa Zuba who spoke to our Year 11 and Year 10 students about Apprenticeships and T-Levels as exciting alternatives to the A-Level route.
