I'm a wordnerd, trying to become an author

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

I then sent the same editor a link to my YouTube practice of the "Eight Sections of Brocade," which, IMO, is the embodiment of that Creation Story. You can find it yourself if you search and type: "Runic Tai Chi"

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

I emailed my draft Genesis Anew to an editor of a linguistic journal. I received a quick response back with the comment that it was “at least interesting “. Genesis Anew tells the Creation Story of the Pre-Proto-Indo-European speaking people - a story I worked on for decades.

@betseymerkel The Project Life Cycle: Plan > Implement > Operate. We plan & implement Open Source. Operations takes the longest time

"Science" too = Patriarchal Reformation. It claims that it is the only way to establish TRUTH. Objectivity devalues Emotion and Humanity.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

"Raising single hand" in Tai Chi = the PIE *k sound when 2 hands are @ the lower dan tian. *k's allophone = PIE *g sound w/ only 1 hand.

Standing like a 4-year old, I relax by imagining I can slough off the outer tense skin, from the top down, revealing the relaxed inner me.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Rethinking: Instead of "Pre-patriarchal Culture" use "Iconic Culture" since the human body was THE _ikon_ for both language & mythology.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

@betseymerkel Why not simply have several twitter accounts? One for each of your personal - both passion & purse. Only 2? @betseymerkel

Old Norse Frey Ing = Latin Cupid = Greek Eros = erotic love. First experienced by Freya = Venus, as she nurses the Erotes prior to uplift.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

The 'final' end of the 'pre-patriarchal' era ended with the Witch Trials of the Middle Ages; & e.g., the selection of men only as surgeons.

Still learning abt modern genetics & its impact on my research. Ice Age forced humans south to "refugia" for 1000s of years. Repopulated.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Prof: Haymes' Question: How can U be sure that Tai Chi practices & gestures stayed constant for 1000s of yrs? Religion, health, military.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Left Hand mnemonic: Thumb betwn middle & ring: Plant; Fire; Earth (thumb); Metal; Water. THE Chinese elements order. Air = Qi - no need.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Myth: Six elements evolve from the super element: Earth and Air first; from Earth - Plant & Metal; from Air - Fire & Water. = Divinities!

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Finished reading two books on genetics and human past: "Deep Ancestry" by Wells [2007] and "Saxon, Vikings, Celts" by Sykes [2006]. 2good!

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

ON Goddess SIF = the Element PLANT. She is the younger sister, and wife, of Thor. Thor = the "super element" = Qi, and is Sif's sibling.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Yama/Yami = Mimir/Bestla = the least corrupted & therefore the most easily re-told. This forms the backbone of the reconstructed mythology.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

Eureka! The myth of the birth & death of the twin Deities of Death: Yama & Yami.

[SorenHansen @SorenHansen]

I'm a "fundamentalist" after all: I believe in the possibility of one epic mythology of the original Indo-European speakers. So there!
