By citing the potential success of future projects not yet completed, Therme managed to get a hold of prime public parkland and billions of tax dollars from the Ford government.

While families are struggling to pay rent and find a doctor, Ford’s spa scheme will cost the equivalent of $400 per household. Where was the due diligence? Where is accountability? Why isn’t the Premier protecting Ontarians from this scam?
