I just sent an email with all of the current information. So far your customer service team has been severely lacking. Especially since every single time I get an email it’s from a different rep, meaning that I have no continuous line of dialogue with one person to try to get it resolved.

@AskRobinhood - You guys have a major issue on your hands with your gold credit card. Your support staff is arbitrarily turning off people’s 3% rewards cash back based on what they deem business spending. Just had mine suspended for 12 months because I purchased a lot of Lego in a short amount of time, which apparently is a business expense. If you think I’m gonna keep using a card that I get no rewards from and I have to pay $50 a year for…..you guys are gonna start losing a lot of customers over this.

Yup, exactly. Outpost for instance has orientation, which has a bunch of interaction buttons with Audio so that you can learn a little bit more more about the game and the world. But good luck trying to do that in a standard game where you’ll have purple shields on you in about 10 seconds melting your team.

Happy to see an update - it would be cool to have sponsored survival and the sponsored levels available at all times and maps - and not be locked in to a certain rotation - but happy to see both making a comeback.

It’s a completely different way to play and honestly after a few losses in a row or some bad matches it feels great to just reset and have some fun ✅

Reduce the grind for faction upgrades and cradle Xp. For casual players you just about complete your stuff right at the end of the season and then we lose it all.

Oh and more vault space would be great!

The game really needs Sponsored Survival. There are a lot of us casual gamers who are not trying to be super sweaty at the pointy end of gaming all the time. While it is fun to get into a game and be challenged with both PVE and PVP together, Sometimes you get into a doom loop of losses and you just wanna chill with your gaming buddies and do some missions and contracts or just get some good old PVEN and get some loot back.

OR for some of us solo players you just wanna get in and enjoy the marathon experience without having to have the anxiety of 5 to 6 other players hunting you down. Or load in with a squad of randoms who might easily get you killed.

Sponsored survival was such a great game mode for those reasons and I think it is sorely missed by many.

And anyone who starts complaining about the “game economy” doesn’t understand the players who are doing sponsored survival. Trust me when I say that even if I were to get a bunch of gold items in sponsored survival and then go try my hand in Cryo I would be wiped immediately by the sweaty players. So the economy argument doesn’t hold much value when the people who want the “fun” mode are not the top-tier players to be worried about.

Also, Duos on all maps at all times would be great, but I understand the rotation for general lobby needs.
