Holistic wellbeing should be the foundation and purpose of education. It is most apt to introduce Ayurveda, among the oldest holistic healing systems in the world, to our children as part of the academic curriculum. This will not only encourage curiosity & wonder about the human mechanism, it will offer children the opportunity to experiment and experience how their body, mind, emotions and energies can be primed for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
