Travelodge refusing to refund for giving a room that’s freezing and damaged shower room. No staff to ask to be moved and they think it’s funny to call me a liar.

Finally broke down and discussed everything about my mental health with the doctor.

I may have bipolar disorder or most likely borderline personality disorder.

I’m seeing the mental health team in early February.

Hopefully I can sort the head out so I can have peace of mind
