1. Korra and Aang swapped places in time.
2. Korra time travel in to the past.
3. History is trying to fix the Avatar cycle time, as Aang was supposed to be in time period where fire lord Sozin destroyed the air nation and Korra was supposed to be in Ozai’s time period.

@Shoutoisms @Mangaic2 If each user held on to the quirk longer they would’ve suffered the same fate as the 4th user. So if by chance the 3rd or 5th to 7th grew the quirk more, they would have died quicker and if it past singularity by the time it got to All Might and or Izuku it would have killed them

@Shoutoisms @Mangaic2 In one of the books that was published after the manga ended. Showed us little info on the past users and Nana mentioned that when she got OFA, she felt something was off in a bad way.

@Shoutoisms @Mangaic2 I don’t disagree with the hype part but there was no rule set for OFA. Hell, All Might held on to the quirk the longest and he didn’t know more about the quirk until Izuku could talk to the vestiges. Also all the users(-4th,8th and 9th) died due to AFO and not due to OFA issue.

@Shoutoisms @Mangaic2 1 problem with that though, Bakugou only had it for a short time and the transfer was incomplete. Had the transfer was completed, then Bakugou would have died faster than the 4th user. Since the quirk had decades to grow and was showing signs of the quirk hitting the singularity.
