@rponagpur while I understand there can be technical glitches beyond control the most you could have done is to accommodate the slots for next day. This was straight forward denied by your staff at psk nagpur by CSO Santosh Mende. The staff at psk nagpur was not helpful at all.

Today when we checked the delivery is now delayed by a month!!!

Poor construction quality have resulted in collapse of a part of ceiling due to heavy seepage between K2A and K2B tower-18th floor
