Was at work watching the front desk. A man came up to the desk and asked me how I was doin. Turns out it was my ex wife's step father. He likes and respects my family. Turns out they had a falling out as well, and kicked her out of his home. He then says to me, "Son I'm sorry you put up with that for 8 years. Your poor ears. You go back to that, I'll more than likely call ya stupid." To which I replied, "You couldn't pay me enough to go back." We both had a good laugh.
