Next week the contractor will start the new concrete curb installation on the west side of Main St. Northbound traffic will remain open on Main St; and southbound traffic will continue to be detoured onto Church and William Street until construction is complete on the west side.
Next week the intersection of Victoria and Main Street will be closed Monday and Tuesday to complete road sub-excavation and granular base in the intersection. Northbound traffic (one lane) will remain open on Main Street; and southbound traffic will continue to be detoured.

The tire recycling program at the South Huron Landfill has been paused due to a province-wide tire recycling backlog.
To prevent extra costs falling on our rate payers, we can't collect used tires at this time.
