New essay: Aristotle vs Marx
Can you tell the difference between an institution that is failing… and one that has quietly become something else?
Using Aristotle’s concepts of archē (governing principle) and telos (purpose), I propose a framework for recognising institutional capture beneath an apparently normal surface.

Raw milk: banned in Scotland, warning-labelled everywhere else in Britain, in case a grown adult chooses wrong at the farm gate.
Here is what the same authorities wave straight through:
- Seed oils, in everything, straight through the obesity epidemic
- High fructose corn syrup, sold to kids by the litre
- Artificial sweeteners, cleared on data nobody had
- Alcohol, a Group 1 carcinogen, advertised at the football
- Cigarettes, which kill half their users, behind every till
- Vaping, flavoured chemical fog, sold on every corner
- Paracetamol, the top cause of acute liver failure, no signature needed
All fine. All yours this afternoon.
But milk, from a cow, in a field, needs a warning label.
The concern was never your safety.
COPA’s action against me is itself proof that BTC has institutional governance and control.
A supposedly leaderless system somehow coordinated corporations, developers, exchanges, funders, lawyers and industry bodies around a common objective: determining who may define Bitcoin, which history is accepted, which rules prevail and who is excluded.
That is governance. It is control exercised through law, capital, institutions, reputation and access rather than merely through code.
Without that governing structure, there could have been no organised action against me. COPA did not disprove institutional control over BTC.
COPA demonstrated it.
🚨 “Goldy Brar is just a name. He and Lawrence Bishnoi are disposable items. Amit Shah is running the network of assassination plots, extortions, and drugs from South Block. Get hold of Amit Shah, extradite him, and convict them.” ~ Gurpatwant Singh Pannun
Confusion over the word 'understand':
In legalese it is true that undeerstand means to stand under the authority of the legislation that is being quoted.
However like almost all words, there is a legal definition and there is the Natural Law/esoteric definition.
Esoteric:
In esoteric terms the trivium of knowledge is:
Knowledge: knowing the information, you are aware of the information and can recall it at the level of recitation and data (e.g. knowing a share price on the stock exchange)
Understanding: is to stand under the authority of the knowledge in question, because you understand it, you know how it hangs together and behaves as a dynamic (e.g. knowing what the value of a share price means and what the fluctuations in price mean)
Wisdom: Being able to apply and live by the knowledge, using hte understanding and embodying it.
This is the trivium of knowledge and like all trivium models and nature itself it is the perfect input (knowledge), process (understanding), wisdom (living/embodying)
Understand does not have the same context in esoteric/natural terms as it does in legalese, like everything it has been subverted by inversion..
The 3 Ways a Man or Woman Can Be Attacked or Infringed Upon in the Material World
According to Lysander Spooner (Trial by Jury, 1852), the three ways are beautifully and simply stated:
"If one man commit a trespass upon the person, property, or character of another, the injured party has a natural right, either to chastise the aggressor, or to take compensation for the injury out of his property."
1. 🧍 Person
An attack upon your physical body and being — your life, your health, your freedom of movement, your bodily autonomy. This includes:
• Physical assault or violence
• False imprisonment
• Unlawful detention
• Any forced interference with your physical self
2. 🏡 Property
An attack upon the material fruit of your labour — everything you have rightfully acquired, built, or created. This includes:
• Theft or seizure of land, assets, or possessions
• Unlawful confiscation by government or third parties
• Fraud or deception that deprives you of what is rightfully yours
• Taxation without consent
3. 🗣️ Character
An attack upon your reputation and standing in the community — your name, your word, your honour. This includes:
• Defamation and slander
• Libel
• False accusations
• Any deliberate destruction of how you are perceived by others
✧ Why This Matters — The Three Great Rights
This beautifully aligns with what George Sutherland articulates, as quoted in Democracy Defined:
"The three great rights are so bound together as to be essentially one right. To give a man his life, but deny him his liberty, is to take from him all that makes his life worth living."
These three — Person, Property, and Character — represent the totality of what a sovereign man or woman can claim in the material world. Any attack on any one of these three is a wrong under Common Law, and under authentic Constitutional Democracy, it is the role of the Trial by Jury — fellow sovereign citizens — to hear, judge, and remedy such wrongs.
The Natural Right of Remedy
Spooner is equally clear that upon any such trespass, the injured party has a natural right:
1. To chastise the aggressor — to defend themselves directly
2. To seek compensation — to take restitution from the aggressor's property
And critically — if the government prevents a man or woman from enforcing their own rights and redressing their own wrongs, whilst also failing to do it freely on their behalf:
"The government becomes itself the protector and accomplice of the wrong-doer."
This framework is the foundation upon which the entire sovereignty and constitutional law path is built. Understanding these three categories gives you clarity on what constitutes a genuine wrong — and what does not — under the Law of the Land (Legem Terrae). ✧
“Judge says lawyer misled jury in Palestine Action trial”
This is a witch-hunt.
Jurors have an absolute right to acquit a defendant according to their conscience, irrespective of the directions of a judge.

Menon highlighted a plaque at the Old Bailey which sets out the "right of juries to give their verdict according to their convictions". (A centuries-old right.)
He also told jurors six times that Justice Johnson could not direct them to convict the defendants. (Which is true.)
@DefendOurJuries The common law, which also binds the judges, is that the jury delivers a verdict according to conscience in accord with common law trial by jury, therefore protecting themselves and the citizenry from oppression.
Exactly! Trump got rid of NAFTA (equivalent of the acts of union) and now seeks to destroy FEMA regions of USA. The destruction of ENGLAND and its common law constitution and the settlement of the glorious revolution was always the intention. For centuries!
