@RanchoGordo Any other beaniacs find it hard to decide which beans to use for what? Like I am constantly paralyzed by the decision making process. What if I bury the delicate, subtle flavors of a bean with an aggressive flavor profile. Or what if the bean I choose is too delicatr physically?
