@bt_uk So resolving the complaint is going to be pretty difficult without calling me back. The promises are neverending. I will leave it with you as I have asked for it to be escalated too many times. You have my business name so contact me - not by landline tho IT DOESNT WORK!
@bt_uk Since our Installation in May I have had appalling service and my phone line has not worked affecting a small high st. business. Promised calls from higher authority 3 times - none received. I have a log of balls ups made and admitted by BT but to no avail SOMEBODY HELP!
@bt_uk I have done this on numerous occasions and spent in excess of 6-7 hours on the phone. I've been w/out a phone for 5 months (in Retail) costing me dearly & during many of those conversations I've asked to be put through to complaints dept which has never happened - is this legal?
@bt_uk Yet another call ..... going through the same info with yet another person who is investigating. JUST RAISE A COMPLAINT PROCEDURE please or get an engineer out. This has been going on since 14th Ma
@bt_uk@btbusinesscare I'm done with calling - it takes an age to get through. Please get customer services to call me. Promises were made of a follow up call and Im still waiting. Bear in mind my mainline IS NOT WORKING!

@bt_uk 7 wks later - numerous phone calls, promises of phone lines working, broadband up and running has led to 7 wks of business loss! A small independent business up against BT - It couldn't matter less to them. You are in telecommuncations! - try doing what it says on the tin!
