We recently concluded our second batch of Life Skills for Success Training (LS4S) for youth in ABE Centers. Around 40 students participated the two days training in Jowhar. @USAIDBarAmaBaro

SOYVDA organized Inter-School General Knowledge Competition on July 25, 2024, which brought together the brightest minds from several schools in Balcad district.

The event aimed 2 foster a spirit of learning and competition among students.

We participated the closeout event of (BAB) and the Adolescent Girls Education Somalia (AGES) programs which were funded by USAID/UKAID.

The event aimed 2 celebrate the remarkable achievements of the both programs and to provide a learning opportunity for all stakeholders.

More than 450 students from 32 schools participated the tournament.

SOYVDA concluded the inter school football tournament for youth in ABE centers in Balcad, Mahas and Moqokori of Hirshabelle state.

The event aimed to engage youth in ABE centers and promote the role of Youth in Climate Change Actions. During the day, several activities were conducted which includes tree planting, school compound clean up, and other activities that will foster environmental stewardship.
