@citizensinfo @PassportIRL I agree, they keep saying to contact the web service and it's like taking to a robot. They just keep saying the same thing which is if NO help.
If I don't get my passport, I'll lose my job and have to leave my family....if that's not an emergency I don't know what us!

@citizensinfo @PassportIRL I was due to get mine at the end of April, still waiting. I'm working and living abroad with my family & if I don't get it by the end of June I (only me) will be forced to leave the country I'm in.
I'm desperate too, but they're no help when you contact them!
