Great work Team Kaleidoscope! π π
By combining AI and youth interpretation, they aim to provide a unique perspective on exoplanets, make it accessible, and encourage interest among fellow school children. The educational experience includes a book and AI chat bot.

Now up: Team Exoplaneteers!
πͺ π Using the Habitable Worlds Observatory, visualize this data through easy-to-use 3D software with the goal to educate the general public about exoplanets.
#spaceexploration#ISAC2024#SpaceAppsChallenge
By tapping into NASA exoplanet database, Team Kris Pilcher, created an interactive way to use the habitable world observatory data to see visible exoplanets and filter to habitable worlds.
Great demo, Kris! Thanks for sharing.

Energy methane is responsible for ~30% of the rise in global temperature rise and it takes 1-2 years to mix into the atmosphere.
The solution? Better accuracy by creating automatic systems to track and optimize flare destruction efficiency.
#globalmethaneproblem#ISAC2024
The goal of Team Bil Gates was to create an easy-to-use website for visitors to find information about near-earth objects (NEOs), including asteroids and satellites, and track them in real-time. π‘ βοΈ

Now up: Team CliMappers!
A group of climbers mapped heat risk to prevent heat stroke and identify where birds may be at risk. By automating analysis of multiple environmental factors with Raspberry Pi and BirdMap, they can provide real-time data to climbers.
#ISAC2024
Great work on project QuakeAway!
The team's goal is to support the development of human colonies on other planets with seismic risks. AI analysis of seismic data provided could find the epicenter and label zones stable or unstable.

First team to present today: Seismic Event Detection! π―
Their project uses logistic regression to create a machine learning algorithm that measure relative time passed with velocity to predict when to record a seismic event.
