@Etsy @EtsyHelp My identity was fully verified and confirmed. Support told me to “do nothing and wait”, and to contact them if the banner doesn’t disappear — but it still says “verify by Dec 8”.
My shop was put on vacation mode because the system didn’t remove the banner.
