Voyager Technologies (VOYG) is going public. It's offering 11M shares of Class A common stock at $26β$29/share, targeting a raise of up to ~$319M. This implies a valuation around $1.6B post-money. The shares will trade on NYSE under the ticker VOYG
Why IPO now? Voyager aims to fund growth of Starlab (its commercial space station), pay down $20M+ in debt, and invest in R&D + acquisitions. The IPO helps scale its vertically integrated model in defense, civil, and commercial space markets.
Firefly's new rocket is called Eclipse.
Northrop has also invested $50m on the company.
