@1a @JohnTorousMD @betterhelp I don't trust therapists & trust apps less. Saw 3 therapists in my lifetime. ALL 3 violated confidentiality. 2 did it w/ intent but I was a minor & couldn't sue. 3rd did it by accident when I was an adult--told my parents, "I spoke to your child last week" at a social function.
