Hey @OG_Anunoby,
Happy for your success. Proud that you’re a Mets fan.
The Mets and I would love to invite you to Citi Field to throw out a ceremonial first pitch.
All the best,
Jose Reyes ⚾️🗽
Nothing better than a summer Spielberg movie night in a packed theater with friends!
Steven thank you for all of the hours of joy that you have given us in the cinema!! It has been a great honor and pleasure to have worked with you and to call you my friend.
Congratulations to my dear friend Emily and the entire group of artists that created this movie. You were superb.
We all loved Disclosure Day!!
Draymond Green says game 4 had to be the greatest playoff game he’s ever seen:
“Because the Spurs were dominating. They were rolling. They were doing everything right. Everything they had to and the Knicks were playing pathetic. And it just started to split slowly but surely. And they kept going, kept going, kept going. When I tell you it got to the point to where when it was in single digits, the building was like an earthquake. Like they scoring the building was shaking. I’m talking about like literally shaking. Like do you feel the building shaking? I thought I was back in California. I had to check the location on my phone and realize damn, I’m still in New York City.”

Magic Johnson on how special this Knicks team is:
Magic: “I don’t wanna hear no talk about Giannis, or no other player coming to this team. This is a great team. I’ve watched a lot of basketball. The way these guys love each other. Play for each other. Pull for one another. You’re not gonna see this anywhere else. The, grit, the toughness that’s how they beat you. Together.”
Stephen A: “You’re telling me, this team, as presently constructed, you wouldn’t change—”
Magic: “Nope.”
Stephen A: “Even if they don’t win the Finals, no changes?”
Magic: “You keep em together and make small changes. This team knows how to play so well with each other. And off of Brunson. Everybody is comfortable in their role. KAT could start for another team tomorrow. OG can go to another team and be a star. But he’s good to play his role. Bridges too. And Hart, no 2 guard rebounds like Josh Hart. So you’ve got the pieces, and they’re all happy.”
Stephen A: “But—”
Magic: “Now, if you trade for Giannis, how many dudes you gotta give up just to get him? It’s a different team now. The whole team changes.”
Stephen A: “That’s true.”
Magic: “This team. I love this team. I love the Knicks. They play basketball right. Don’t change.”
Melo's words courtside made its way to the Knicks players before OG's game-winner 👀
"I got Jose's attention. I was like, 'Yo, tap f**kin' KAT. Get in the f**kin' paint ... Jose was telling them to attack the offensive glass."
Arkansas coach @CoachCalArk joins @BCusterTV on SportsCenter to discuss the Knicks winning Game 4, sitting next to Adam Sandler and his advice to De'Aaron Fox ✍️
Curtis Sliwa goes off on James Dolan for the stunt he pulled yesterday related to the Knicks watch party at MSG:
“Before the Knicks championship run against the San Antonio Spurs, the most hated, loathed person in New York was Jimmy Dolan. People hate him, and now everybody is lifting him up and saying, “This guy, he's a party guy. He wants us to party to the break of dawn and celebrate the Knicks.” And so he threw water on Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch.
But especially Zoran Mamdani yesterday, when he canceled the viewing party. And he blamed the police commissioner and the mayor, and then said, “Hey, Mr. Mayor, you're not a real Knicks fan. I wanted everyone to party. I wanted everyone to enjoy this. You're the party pooper.” Jimmy Dolan, I'm coming after you now for sure. I'll have the mayor on my side to make you pay your property taxes.
$48 million a year. I think, finally, the mayor may say, “Yeah, let's tax that rich guy who blasphemed me.””
Yabusele waived his no trade clause so he could be traded to the Bulls for Dalen Terey, who Leon then flipped
For Jose Alvarado!!
That Jose/Brunson 2 guard lineup crucial to complete the BEST NBA was FINALS COMEBACK in HISTORY.
THANK YOU JOSE! AND THANK YOU YABUSELE!
There were multiple times where my son said to me throughout the game “dad, get up, the game is not over.”
He saw me dejected and in shock. Knicks fans were facing the thought of dropping 2 at home and our Championship dreams thrown out the window.
These Knicks are teaching young kids what it means to fight. Older Knicks fans have memories of disappointment, the younger Knicks fans have seen no lead too big to comeback from.
Jalen Brunson, I have never seen anything like it in my life. The ultimate role model. A humble fighter, with no fear of the moment.
He is teaching millions of kids the way. Never stop fighting. Constant reminders throughout this Playoffs.
Just incredible what Sports can teach you.
Grew up in Brooklyn and Queens. Likely powered by butter rolls. Christ the King High School. Georgia Tech. Undrafted. Deemed undersized. Slayer of giants.
The Knicks could be the first championship team in NBA history where every opponent they faced, dictated the outcome of the game, and allowed them to win.
