Space Nation is entering a new phase.
Following a systematic review and strategic planning of our overall product and ecosystem, we've decided to make an important phased adjustment to the current version of Space Nation.
This covers:
1⃣The future direction of Space Nation
2⃣The next phase of Space Nation Online
3⃣Ecosystem updates
To the Space Nation Community, and to Everyone Who Has Supported Us:
Yesterday, we received the news that OIK has been delisted from Binance Alpha.
I do not want to hide behind PR language, nor do I want to use grand words to make this moment sound less painful than it is. This is a heavy blow — to the project, to the community, and to everyone who once placed their trust, expectations, and hope in us.
As a founder, I owe you a sincere apology.
Over the past years, we set out to build something extremely difficult: not just a game, but a living virtual universe with a real economy, real players, real assets, and a community that could grow with it. We believed deeply in the future of Web3 MMORPGs. We still believe that virtual worlds with functioning economies, social relationships, and long-term digital ownership will matter greatly in the future.
But belief does not excuse mistakes.
We entered the Web3 secondary market with too little experience and too much idealism. We tried to face a brutal financial environment with the mindset of game builders. We underestimated how quickly the market could change, how unforgiving liquidity could become, and how harsh the “dark forest” of Web3 truly is.
We made wrong judgments. We paid an extremely expensive tuition — more than once.
For that, I take responsibility.
For a long time, we tried to hold our position and buy ourselves enough time. Our hope was to push Space Nation further toward a stronger Web2-facing version, generate real revenue from real players, and gradually rebuild value back into the ecosystem through actual business progress.
Over the past 15 months, we tried many things. Some were visible. Many were not. Unfortunately, the results were not enough to reverse the situation.
But I want to say this clearly:
Space Nation has not been abandoned.
The game has not been cancelled.
Tony, the remaining team, and I have not given up.
What has changed is the reality we must now face.
The team has been reduced to its minimum operating size. Our resources are limited. The company has been under extreme financial pressure for more than a year. At this point, we cannot expose the company and the remaining team to a destructive level of risk. That would not be courage. That would be irresponsibility.
So we have made a painful but necessary strategic adjustment:
First survive. Then rebuild.
Our current focus is to preserve the team, preserve the IP, preserve the technology and content we have built, and preserve the possibility that Space Nation can continue in a new form.
We are continuing to explore the PC/Web2 version and mobile possibilities. We are also looking at IP collaborations, transmedia opportunities, ecosystem expansion, and potential cross-product asset integrations with external partners.
At the same time, Tony and I are exploring new opportunities in the AI era. We are carefully considering whether some of these explorations can help Space Nation evolve, restructure, or find new forms of relevance in the future. But we will not use AI, or any new narrative, as a way to avoid the hard truth of where we are today.
We cannot make empty promises.
But we can promise this: we will do everything we realistically can to seek future use cases, integrations, and value scenarios for the world, assets, technology, and community that Space Nation has built.
Space Nation’s setback in the secondary market does not erase the game we built. It does not erase the universe we imagined, the code that exists, the content created, or the players who once flew with us.
Stripped of the financial halo, what remains is still real: a group of game builders, a world we spent years creating, and a community that made this journey possible.
The worst moment may have arrived. From here, every step must be more honest, more pragmatic, and more grounded than before.
We will no longer try to win with narratives alone.
We will rebuild with product, with content, with revenue, with partnerships, and with time.
To everyone who supported us, believed in us, criticized us, waited for us, or stood with us in the darkest moments — thank you.
I am sorry for the pain and disappointment.
And I am still here.
We will keep building, even if the road ahead is slower, harder, and humbler than we once imagined.
Our destination remains the stars.
Jerome

📢 Space Nation Official Announcement | Server Maintenance & Service Adjustments
Dear Captains,
Due to changes from third-party service providers, and to bring you a better interstellar experience alongside our planned service upgrades and adjustments, we are currently performing maintenance and updates on our game and official website services.
🗓️ Expected Restoration Time: This upgrade is expected to be completed and services restored within 48 hours.
Upon completion of the update, the following major adjustments will take effect:
1️⃣ OIK Staking & Claiming Process Adjustments: Your OIK staking on the official website will remain valid. After the update, you will no longer need to claim POIK in-game; you will be able to claim OIK directly. Any unclaimed POIK in your account will also be automatically converted to OIK for direct claiming.
2️⃣ Flexible NFT Asset Management: Users staking NFTs on the official website now have complete asset flexibility. You can unstake at any time according to your needs.
3️⃣ Temporary Game Server Pause: To prepare for a broader cosmic ecosystem, the game servers will be temporarily paused for foundational adjustments.
🌌 A New Chapter in the Sea of Stars: When the stargates reopen, the game will be updated to a brand-new version! To align with the mechanics and gameplay of the new version, game progress will be reset at that time.
Specific reset details and previews of the new version will be revealed in future announcements.
Thank you to every player for your continued love and support for Space Nation! Our journey is the sea of stars, and we look forward to reuniting with you in a brand-new universe! ✨
More detailed updates on the adjustment timeline, related features, and system changes will be shared in the announcements ahead.
Thank you to all players and community members for your continued support. The journey of Space Nation is still continuing.

💠Ecosystem Update: More Game Explorations
Alongside the continued development of Space Nation Online, the team is also exploring more game formats within the Space Nation universe, including narrative-driven games, varied gameplay types, and potential collaborations with other game teams.
The goal is to gradually build a multi-product game ecosystem that expands how the IP is expressed, attracts different types of players, and creates a more stable long-term content and product matrix.
Dear Captains, it’s been a while — thank you for your patience.
Development of the next major version of Space Nation Online is now complete. Given current market conditions and other challenges we’ve encountered, we’ve decided to hold its release for the time being.
Our focus is shifting toward expanding Space Nation into a broader, cross-media IP.
We’re actively building external partnerships to further develop the universe and create new Space Nation–related titles, collaborations, and derivative products — including new types of games, transmedia projects, and side products.
The universe continues to grow.
Thank you for standing with us. More soon!

Whether you’re grinding, exploring, or taking a well-earned break, thank you for being part of Space Nation.
Rest well🩷
🛰️ Scenario Mode · Exploration Preview
Beyond the main storyline objectives, you may encounter personal side missions during a Scenario run.
These optional challenges are not required to complete the instance, but finishing them can unlock special and mysterious rewards.
Even better, replaying the same Scenario can trigger different story branches, new missions, and unexpected outcomes.
Every run can feel different.
🎮Scenario Mode · Team Play Preview
In the upcoming Scenario Mode update, teamwork becomes more important than ever.
Even if your ship is destroyed, you can continue watching your squad.
As long as one teammate completes all main objectives, the entire team will still receive rewards.
Enemy strength increases with the number of players, but with good coordination, every mission remains within reach.
More coming soon.
🛰️ Sneak Peek: Mini-map Upgrade
A brand-new 2D top-down mini-map mode is coming to Space Nation — giving captains clearer terrain awareness, building outlines, enemy markers, and more.
You’ll also be able to customize size, opacity, and display options.🔽
⚠️Kindly remind all $OIK holders to safely manage and secure their tokens.
The cross-chain bridge will be opened in the future to ensure smooth migration and liquidity access.
Space Nation’s commitment doesn’t change:
we keep building the game, strengthening the ecosystem, and expanding the virtual economy.
True builders don’t stop when markets shake — they build the future.
