This is a fundamental misunderstanding of the filmmaking process. If there is a stunt, there's a stunt double on set, even if the actor ends up doing it themselves. The stunt coordinator, stunt doubles and director will block the scene then show the actors. That's what this is.

@Spennser Probably because it was designed in Zbrush or something similar and then 3D printed. As opposed to being sculpted by hand, scanned then printed.
