@xMBGx If it was a side game? No problem. Dlc for GOW? No issue. She is replacing the main character associated with the franchise. How do people not see why this is an issue?
Imagine Tomb Raider, but instead of Lara, you play as her dad.
Ya'll fucking with Vivaianne, let me hit it harder.
I don’t know how many times this has to be said.
Not wanting to play as Faye in a God of War game does not mean someone hates female protagonists.
My favorite game in the world is Tomb Raider. I want to play Lara Croft in Tomb Raider because Lara Croft is the identity of that franchise. Lara Croft is legendary, so is Kratos.
If they made a Tomb Raider spin-off where Richard Croft was the lead, I wouldn’t say, “Great, finally a man.” I’d say, “Why am I not playing as Lara in a Tomb Raider game?”
Same principle here. Yet you'll find some deep dark hole that isn't there. We don't hate women, no matter how many of you fucking cucks think we do.
The fucking God of War series means Kratos to a lot of people. It doesn't mean we hate you, or your Faye story. We like the Norse saga and we also spent two games building Atreus as the natural continuation. Faye matters to the lore, but she is not the core player fantasy people came to God of War for. SHE IS DEAD. It sucked, we grieved with Kratos, but we don't need her resurrection story.
That isn’t hating women. No matter how many fucking labels you want to throw onto it. You want to make it politics but it's simply we just want ONE THING where a woman isn't on Twitter telling us we're horrible for not wanting a thing.
@Dansgaming Playing as a woman is not and has NEVER been the issue. Sidelining the main character the fans have loved for 25 years for a new character in a MAINLINE GAME is the issue.
I swear. Pretending to not understand that makes you look as retarded as the people you whine about.
@Swurv__ Only you could take something that is asking a question that isn't even related to a game and make it about Starfield. Just go play the game ffs.
@LizzieMarbach Justification, no of course not. But sanctification? Yes. There is only one entity that benefits from a lawlessness and rebellious people and it isn't the Father.
@osasisHERESY Lol they betrayed, disobeyed, and actively worked against the Father from the start with only brief glimpses of righteousness before falling into rebellion. So we're they NEVER His people?
@linkkling All 3 are good! 4 is a great story for it's time, 5 is absolutely one of the most fun in the series and 6 is where it peaked for me personally.
@dom_lucre Because they have bought a false bill of goods. Only Satan could convince so many that taking the day the Father specifically asked us to take off to worship him is a burden. "Ye shall not surely die..." same crap different millennium.
