दिल्ली पुलिस ने आधी रात 3 बजे सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील महमूद प्राचा सहित कई वकीलों को धरने से उठाकर डिटेन कर लिया। दिन में पुलिस ने कई वकीलों को डिटेन करके यमुना स्पोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स स्थित टेम्प्रेरी डिटेंशन में रखा था। ये वकील रात में यहीं धरने पर बैठ गए। रात 3 बजे विवेक विहार SHO पहुंचे और वहां भी धारा-163 लागू होने का हवाला देकर हटने के लिए कहा। इसके बाद पुलिस सभी को धरने से उठाकर बस में भरकर ले गई।
